Forks High School

On January 26, 2024, Forks High School created an opportunity for students to receive academic support. Students who were passing all of their classes were rewarded with two hours of activity time. This was an initiative created to support our School Improvement Goal to increase Students on Track for Graduation.  Those that were "Standing on Business" (passing all of their classes) had the choice of bowling, video games, friendship bracelet making, or open gym. The numbers showed an improvement in academic performance.  As a whole, there was a decrease in the number of failing grades from 387 to 159. This support allowed for 228 failing grades to become passing allowing an increase in the number of students passing all classes.
