Dear Families,
This is an invitation for your student to attend our Summer School Program. Students between 5th and 7th grade are invited to participate in this intervention and enrichment opportunity for extended learning. We will offer a project based program that integrates math and reading skills into content project based learning. It is highly recommended that students who are on a learning plan due to low math and/or reading I-Ready scores and/or had multiple F’s throughout the year attend summer school. I-Ready Scores are included in this mailing to go out next week.
Summer School Dates will be:
Monday, June 23-Friday, June 27, 2025
Monday, June 30-Wednesday, July 2, 2025
Monday, July 7 -Friday, July 11, 2025
Monday, July 14-Wednesday, July 16, 2025
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Location: Forks Middle School
Summer breakfast at 8:30 and lunch at 12:00 will be provided at Forks High School.
School bus transportation will be provided- check the transportation box and add the address below.
