We had a great week of learning at Forks Elementary! Today, FES celebrated students who were recognized for showing gratitude at our monthly assembly. Congratulations to all who were honored.
Looking ahead to next week, we will have school on Monday and Tuesday, November 24–25. There will be no school Wednesday through Friday, November 26-28, for Thanksgiving Break.
Our Lost and Found is overflowing, and with colder, wetter weather on the way, we want to help students stay warm and dry. Please stop by or remind your child to check for any missing jackets, sweaters, or other items.

FES families- what a fun-filled week! Our students' singing performance at the Veterans Day assembly was fantastic! And last night, we had an incredible turn out for our FES Math Event. It was wonderful to see families playing games together! Thank you to all who attended and a huge thank you to the staff for their hard work in preparing a great event!

Join us tomorrow evening, Thursday, November 13, from 5:00–6:30 p.m. in the FES cafeteria for an evening of math fun!
Your child’s teachers will have math games for you to play together, and your child will even get to take a game home. After playing their game, your child will get a token for pizza for your family to enjoy!
You’ll also get to hear students sing the songs they learned for our Veterans Day assembly at 6:00.

We are asking that families do not send their students in Halloween costumes tomorrow. Our dress up day for tomorrow is ALL ORANGE! The class with the most orange will win a prize!

Drop off and pick up reminders: Yellow Zone & Circle Lot Safety
Student safety is always our top priority during arrival and dismissal. To help keep everyone safe and traffic flowing smoothly:
Circle Parking Lot — This area is not a drop-off or pick-up zone. If you are using the circle lot, please park your car and walk your child to or from the sidewalk.
Stopping at the curb for students to “hop in or out” blocks traffic and creates unsafe conditions for students and drivers.
Yellow Zone Drive-Through — If you prefer to stay in your vehicle, please use the yellow zone line for drop-off and pick-up. Staff are there to help keep the process safe and efficient.
