2024 graduates can pick up their diploma from the Counseling Center beginning Wednesday June 12th until June 17th. After that, call extension 260 to make arrangements. Running start students will be notified when PC final grades have been documented.

FHS will begin testing tomorrow 5/14. It will be a normal bell schedule; all students should report to school at 8:15am. While 10th-12th grade students are testing, 9th grader students will have regularly scheduled classes. See attached letter for more details

Prom is scheduled for this Saturday May 4th. Tickets are $20 each. All students will be required to show their school photo ID to enter. The dance starts at 8:00pm and you must arrive by 9:00pm.

The Eye See Clinic will be offering FREE eye exams AND FREE corrective glasses to any student that is in need. The Clinic will be on our School campus from 8:30am-4:15 on June 3rd. Students must be returning to school next year. Students must have a consent signed by a guardian returned to the School office. The consent form is available at the front office. This is a first come first serve by appointment only.

QVSD-NOTIFICATION OF HIGHLY CAPABLE TESTING The Quillayute Valley School District will conduct annual testing for identifying students to determine their eligibility to receive services for the Highly Capable Program. The Highly Capable Program is designed to provide rewarding challenges to enhance the learning of eligible students. It is available to all qualified students beginning in kindergarten and continuing through their senior year at Forks High School. Nominations to be considered for this program may be made by anyone, and nomination forms are available in each of the schools, as well as the District Office located at 411 S. Spartan Avenue, Forks, Washington. Nominations must be filed by Friday, March 29, by 5:00 p.m. in the school office or district office. Eligibility testing for nominated Highly Capable candidates will be held during the week of April 15th – 19th. Students will be notified of the testing times individually in each school.
